1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the 77ga platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions of this document. 77ga reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, registered account holders will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the 77ga Privacy Policy and the 77ga Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 77ga. In the event of any conflict between this document and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail in relation to that promotion only. In all other respects, these Terms & Conditions take precedence.

77ga operates as a safe and reliable online casino and sports betting platform committed to SSL-encrypted data handling, certified Random Number Generator (RNG) game outcomes, transparent bonus terms, and responsible gaming standards. We do not fabricate regulatory claims or assert licensing from any specific Bangladeshi government body. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to real-money gambling services on the 77ga platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of their account:

• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 77ga platform or had an account closed for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Real-money gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to your place of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before opening an account.

77ga verifies player age as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which is completed before the first withdrawal is processed. 77ga reserves the right to request age verification at any point during the account lifecycle. If age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, 77ga will suspend the account pending investigation. Any account found to have been opened by or used by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. In such cases, all deposits will be returned to the depositing payment source after deducting any winnings, bonuses, and promotional credits that were used by the minor. 77ga cooperates fully with any statutory authority investigation relating to underage gambling.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the 77ga platform at any time. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. If 77ga detects that a player holds or has held more than one account, all accounts belonging to that individual will be suspended. Any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, or promotional credits held across duplicate accounts will be voided. Any genuinely deposited funds held across the duplicate accounts will be consolidated into a single account following investigation, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

When registering a 77ga account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (matching your Bangladesh National ID, passport, or driver's licence), date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You must keep all account information up to date. 77ga is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing, missed communications, or account access issues arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by the account holder.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77ga account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 77ga will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account using your correct credentials will be deemed to have been performed by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 77ga support immediately at [email protected]. 77ga recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available to all account holders free of charge.

3.4 KYC Verification

Before your first withdrawal is processed, 77ga requires you to complete KYC verification by submitting a clear photograph or scan of one of the following documents: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid Bangladesh passport, or Bangladesh driving licence. 77ga may additionally request proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months) and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the 77ga Privacy Policy. KYC verification is a one-time process for most players, though 77ga reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77ga accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to and from BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Visa and Mastercard international card payments are also accepted for deposits. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. 4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit at 77ga is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits. Players wishing to deposit amounts exceeding the mobile wallet transaction limits of bKash or Nagad are advised to use bank transfer. 77ga does not charge a processing fee on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Standard network fees applied by the payment provider may apply; consult your wallet app for the current fee schedule.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts to bKash or Nagad are processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days depending on the destination bank's clearing schedule. All withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. 77ga reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. During security review, withdrawal processing may be extended up to 72 hours. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to enhanced review.

4.4 Withdrawal Requirements

Before submitting a withdrawal request, the following conditions must be met: (a) KYC verification must be completed; (b) your deposit must have been wagered at least once on any real-money game — this single-rollover requirement exists to prevent payment processing abuse and does not constitute a wagering requirement on your deposited funds; (c) no outstanding bonus wagering requirements on your account may be tied to the funds you wish to withdraw. If you have accepted a bonus and wish to withdraw before meeting the bonus wagering requirement, the outstanding bonus balance and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited and only your remaining cash balance will be released for withdrawal.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP reward credits offered by 77ga are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. By claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted both the specific promotion terms and these general bonus rules. 77ga reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Ongoing promotions will be honoured for eligible players who claimed the promotion prior to any modification.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general wagering rules apply: (a) wagering requirements apply only to bonus funds, not to separately held cash deposits; (b) games may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate such as 10%–20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely; (c) the contribution rates for all game categories are listed in the bonus terms for each individual promotion.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses at 77ga carry an expiry period from the date of activation, as stated in the specific promotion terms. If the wagering requirement has not been completed before the bonus expiry date, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be automatically voided. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to check the expiry date of any active bonus in their account dashboard.

5.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from a bonus is 10x the bonus value. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus may generate a maximum withdrawable winning of ৳10,000 after wagering requirements have been met. Any excess above the maximum withdrawal cap will be removed from the balance at the time the withdrawal is processed. The maximum withdrawal cap applies only to winnings generated from bonus funds; any separately held cash deposit balance is not subject to a withdrawal cap.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

77ga employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion across multiple accounts, using low-variance game strategies to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinating play between multiple accounts to exploit promotion mechanics, and providing false information to qualify for promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, 77ga reserves the right to void the bonus balance, void associated winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation without prior notice.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of using the 77ga platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations and to refrain from all prohibited conduct listed in this section. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities.

6.1 Obligations

• Provide accurate and current registration information at all times and update your account details promptly if they change.
• Use the 77ga platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• Comply with all responsible gaming obligations, including making use of the deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools available in your account dashboard if you believe your gambling may be becoming problematic.
• Immediately notify 77ga support at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your account login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one 77ga account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including misrepresenting your age.
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the 77ga platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcomes of poker games, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are void and will be removed from the balance.
• Using the 77ga platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime activity. 77ga cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities in Bangladesh and internationally.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction via your payment provider after funds have been credited to your 77ga account. Chargeback activity will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of the disputed amount from any available balance.
• Accessing the 77ga platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where 77ga does not offer services, using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by 77ga

77ga reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, is involved in money laundering, or poses a security or compliance risk to the platform or to other players. In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, 77ga will endeavour to complete the investigation within 14 calendar days and will notify the account holder of the outcome via their registered email address.

7.2 Closure by Player

You may close your 77ga account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any pending bonus wagering requirements will be noted. On account closure, your remaining verified cash balance (after deduction of any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that do not meet withdrawal conditions) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Account closure does not exempt you from any outstanding obligations to 77ga, including any amounts owed as a result of chargeback activity or bonus abuse.

7.3 Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — are directed to the 77ga Responsible Gaming page for full details of the tools available. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened regardless of the player's request. Self-exclusion is the strongest player-protection tool available and is available free of charge to all 77ga account holders.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77ga, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 77ga platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to a technical fault or interruption of service; delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment infrastructure; loss of data due to server failure or cyberattack; or any decision made by 77ga under these Terms & Conditions.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round — including but not limited to server disconnections, display errors, incorrect game logic, or RNG faults — 77ga reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all wagers placed during that round to the players' accounts. Winnings generated during a technically faulted round may be voided even if they have been temporarily credited to a player's account. 77ga will communicate any such voiding decision to the affected player via their registered email address.

77ga makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors, or that any particular game will be available at any given time. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. 77ga will endeavour to minimise disruption and to schedule maintenance during low-traffic periods (typically 02:00–05:00 BST).

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.
